All rates are for two people. A maximum of four people is allowed in double rooms, with an additional charge of $40 USD per extra adult per night, and $25 USD for children under 11. Children under 3 stay for free. Cabins and King rooms are for two people only. The suite allows a maximum of 3 people.
Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 12pm. Late Check Out: Ask for availability. $15 USD will be charged per extra hour until 4:00 pm. After 4:00 pm, a full night will be charged.
Children under 11: $25 USD per night. Taxes: 21% included (16% VAT, 5% local tax + $32.57 MXN environmental fee per night). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
American Breakfast (from 8:00 am to 11:00 am) includes: coffee, juice, fruit plate, bread, butter, jam plus a main dish to choose from our specially selected menu for guests.
Free sun loungers (Beach availability is subject to natural factors such as weather, tides, and events beyond our control)
Free beach towels with a $200 MXN deposit.
Room service (From 8:00 am to 8:30 pm).
Holiday season includes Christmas, New Year, Easter.
Standard Rate: 50% advance payment required. Cancellations or changes made within 60 days of arrival will be penalized with the full deposit.
Non-refundable rate: Cancellations or changes after booking will be penalized with the full deposit.
Standard Rate: Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of arrival will be penalized with one night’s charge.
